How long does it take to set up a new card program? 

Answer: Usually it takes approximately 21 days depending on artwork.After approval by Visa your information will then be entered into the Cardvark"s automatic ordering system. 

How long does it take to receive a award card order? 

Answer: 7-14 days depending on shipping and payment method.

What method of payment can I use: 

Answer:  There are three payment options credit card,echeck, and direct deposit. Ifyou pay buy credit card when ordering cards, the cash value amount will be subject to a 4% merchant processing fee. If paying by echeck there is a ½ percent (.5%) merchant processing fee on the cash value amount only. Option number 3 is depositing the money into our Bank Of America account there is no processing. It is also the fastest method for delivery. 

Where are my award cards accepted?

Answer: Anywhere Visa is accepted. 

What currency is used?

Answer: All cards are loaded with US funds.  

Is there an expiration date on the cards?

Answer: There is a 24 month expiration date, some cards can have a shorter expiration date if needed. 

What information is needed for a reloadable card program?

Answer: You will need the card recipients name, address, date of birth, and social security number. A minnimum order of 500 cards and a higher set up fee applies.
